Where To Ride?

Two-wheeling your way through San Antonio gives you the opportunity to see the sights up close and at your own pace. Before you begin your ride we recommend reading our city and state’s bicycle ordinance HERE. Bicyclists are required to observe the same traffic regulations as motor vehicles, and we ask that you take all safety precautions, such as signaling turns and braking for pedestrians. Be sure to take water with you, wear sunscreen and dock your BCycle once per hour to avoid usage fees. For more information about any of the sites, including maps and brochures, please visit the San Antonio Visitor Center at 317 Alamo Plaza!

What is an electric bicycle?

A pedal assist electric bike features a motor that provides assistance as you pedal. Electric bikes allow riders to travel further and faster with less physical effort! E-bikes can be ridden on any road and bike lane, just like a regular bicycle. BCycle e-bikes are allowed on the trails.
